Tasks
The Product Sales Manager Components (Open Loop) is responsible for:
- Managing assigned customers, sales projects and complex tenders for long term component support to ensure the growth of Lufthansa Technik’s component business in Asia Pacific
- Calculation of business plans for component services, including MRO and pooling services, as well as transportation and other service elements in accordance with the commercial guidelines
- Ensuring alignment with all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Identifying improvement potential, developing measures for optimization jointly with internal business units to increase customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and analyzing of competitors and industry trends, initiation of required measures to protect and extend existing business
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- University or technical college degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience within Sales or Customer Relations preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) or similar
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of another Asian language or German is advantageous
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills with customer-oriented attitude
- Like working with people, solving problems, and developing yourself by being challenged in your day-to-day work
- Able to travel to Germany and extensively within Asia
