Eligibility Criteria (Hiring Female Candidates Only)

• Female Indian National holding a current Indian passport, PAN card and Aadhar card.
• Between the age of 18-27 years
• Minimum Educational Qualification: Mustve completed class 12 from a recognized board /university with minimum 50 spans.
• Minimum height required: 155 cm
• Weight: In proportion to height.
• BMI Range: 18 to 22.
• Well-groomed with no visible tattoos in uniform.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Vision 6/6.

  A. Job Purpose

To ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers while delivering exceptional in-flight service standards. The role requires maintaining a professional demeanour, providing personalized care, and consistently enhancing the guest experience to meet world-class aviation standards

B.    Key Accountabilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols before, during, and after flights.
• Deliver high-quality in-flight service, guests assistance, and addressing special needs.
• Manage guest comfort and resolve complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and assist guests in case of emergencies.
• Maintain effective communication with flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the airline positively and always uphold its reputation and values.

C. Skills Required for the role 

• Represent Air India with professionalism, courtesy, and cultural sensitivity.
• Comply with all DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and ensure licenses and training are current.
• Warm, approachable, and empathetic in dealing with passengers.   
• Meet required medical fitness standards for flying duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations
• Maintain knowledge of service procedures and company policies    
• Maintain up to date knowledge of current safety and security requirements

D. Educational and Experience Requirements

• Minimum Education Requirement  -  Mustve completed class 12 from a recognized board /university with minimum 50 spans
• Minimum Requirement: Freshers eligible; prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Desired: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation.
