Job Description:

Tasks

Would you like to work in a dynamic and challenging environment and already ready have strong experience in procurement? Then we would be happy to receive your application.

  • Responsible for the purchase & timely delivery of cabin spare parts under best commercial aspects
  • Issuing of Purchase and Repair orders in the ERP System 
  • Monitoring of orders and maintain date quality in the ERP System
  • Manage all aircraft cabin part repairs and ensure optimal turnaround time 
  • Ensure economical stock levels are replenished according requirements from Inventory Planning
  • Negotiate with suppliers to be best economic conditions
  • Participating and representing operational purchasing in Cabin projects
  • Ensure continuous communication of order status to various stakeholders
  • Maintain supplier relationship management for defined suppliers
  • Identify improvement initiatives in the area of the supply chain

Requirements

  • Successful apprenticeship in commercial area ("KV") or technical apprenticeship with commercial training ("Technischer Kaufmann", "Eidg. Einkaufsfachmann" or "CIPS") as an advantage
  • 3-5 years working experience in purchasing (civil aviation industry is a benefit)
  • Additional training in Supply Chain / Purchasing / Logistics
  • Very good English language skills, German is an advantage
  • Work effectively with others and team-oriented person
  • Strong planning, organizing and communication skills
  • Ability to master difficult and challenging situations
