Reporting Professional
15.07 per hour 12-month contract

Morson are recruiting on behalf of BAE Systems for a Reporting Professional to join their Contingent Recruitment team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering meaningful recruitment insight within a fast-paced, complex organisation.
The Role
As a Reporting Professional, you will coordinate reporting activity across the contingent recruitment function. You’ll produce, maintain and enhance reports that provide clear, actionable insight, helping the business manage both internal performance and external supplier delivery.
Reporting into the Contingent Recruitment Team Manager, you’ll work closely with functional and operational teams across BAE Systems, building a strong understanding of different business areas and their reporting needs. You’ll act in a consultative capacity, ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time, while taking ownership of the reporting capability and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert for the candidate tracking system, including data quality and reporting outputs

Produce and distribute regular management information and performance reports, including monthly internal and supplier metrics

Maintain and improve dashboards and shared reporting tools, feeding data into wider business views

Interpret recruitment data to support decision-making and resolve issues raised by stakeholders or suppliers

Support the creation of new reports and analysis to expand and improve available data

Manage the team’s SharePoint site and share reporting best practice with colleagues

Work collaboratively with hiring managers, suppliers and internal teams to develop effective reporting strategies
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Strong IT skills, particularly intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

A solid understanding of data integrity, reporting accuracy and the value of insight-led decision making

Experience using tracking systems or reporting tools, ideally within recruitment or a service-delivery environment

Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels

Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service and improve processes through data and insight

Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
