As Recruitment Advisor, you will provide a full cycle recruitment experience to assigned departments within the Emirates Group, from sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring high calibre candidates capable and competent to perform the role and fit the Emirates Group Values.
In this role, you will:
- Understand the assigned departments manpower recruitment needs and convert this into yearly Department Recruitment Plans (DRPs), which outline candidate identification and attraction initiatives. Including UAE National positions.
- Support specific recruitment campaigns, i.e. (Customer Services, Contact Centre, UAE National vacancies, etc.) in both Dubai and globally.
- Agree with the hiring manager on the most effective recruitment approach using a variety of channels, such as Internal Vacancy Notifications (IVN), job boards, career portals, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, to attract candidates globally, including UAE Nationals for earspaned positions. Leverage available databases and technology, such as ATS and LinkedIn, to identify and shortlist potential candidates, and recommend top talent to hiring managers through well-crafted digital advertisements.
- Recommend appropriate recruitment and selection methodologies, i.e. (In-tray exercise, assessment centre, digital assessment) to support the identification of talent against each positions technical and behavioural competencies and cultural fit requirements. Guide Hiring Managers on the interpretation of behavioural evidence and influence selection decisions.
- Build professional and open relationships with Hiring Managers and departments, providing a professional service and balancing process integrity issues versus the need to react to departmental pressures. Proactively communicate with internal and external candidates within specified time frames to ensure a professional image and quality candidate experience, while staying informed on best practice recruitment and selection techniques, with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion.
- Carry out all administrative duties in the recruitment process, such as distributing interview packs, organising timetables, arranging interviews etc.
QualificationTo be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- 12 yrs school education or equivalent and 5+ years of recruitment experience OR Degree or Honours and 2+ years of recruitment experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.
- Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checks).
- Ability to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework.
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS systems and CMS Systems.
Youll have an edge if you have:
- CIPD or any other HR professional certification
