Product Owner

Job Description:

Tasks

We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of our platform-oriented solutions, ensuring they deliver real value to users and stakeholders.

Own and manage the product backlog: define, refine, and prioritize features and technical enablers
Act as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and goals
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., backlog refinement, sprint planning) and ensure smooth, value-driven delivery
Maintain a product vision and roadmap that aligns with both business strategy and technical evolution
Apply platform thinking to deliver scalable, reusable, and sustainable components
Track delivery progress, communicate updates, and adjust plans based on feedback and changing priorities

Requirements

Proven experience in Agile delivery, preferably in a Product Owner or similar role
Strong background in backlog management and writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Excellent skills in stakeholder alignment: gathering input, setting expectations, and communicating trade-offs
Experience working on or managing platform products, with a clear understanding of scalability, integration, and service orientation
Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills
Business English

Bonus Points

Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Exposure to SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
Technical understanding of APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms
