Reports to: Lounge Supervisor

As the Lounge Host, you will play a crucial role at the lounge by demonstrating to our customers the 3 key brand values of ‘Thoughtful’, ‘Progressive’ & ‘Can-do Spirit’, making all the moments of truth memorable by understanding the voice of our customers and ensuring top-notch lounge experience.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service in line with company and safety standards
• Be present in the lounge to welcome customers and offer assistance throughout their visit
• Support the Lounge Supervisor in carrying out day‑to‑day lounge operations
• Prepare the lounge at the start of each shift, including stocking supplies and keeping dining and seating areas clean and presentable
• Greet customers, assist with seating arrangements and ensure tables are ready for service
• Introduce menus, explain food and beverage options and answer basic customer questions
• Support food and beverage service by assisting the lounge team and serving customers when needed
• Check on customer comfort and satisfaction during their stay and respond to requests promptly
• Assist with basic airport or flight‑related enquiries and refer more complex issues when required
• Work closely with the lounge team, learn on the job and follow service and operational guidelines

• Right to work in Hong Kong
• Minimum age of 18
• High school graduate or above
• Relevant experience in food and beverage, hospitality or other service‑oriented environments is preferred
• Previous experience working in a lounge, airport or similar setting is an advantage
• Good spoken and written English, with Cantonese and Putonghua as an advantage
• Customer‑focused mindset with a friendly, energetic and approachable personality
• Interest in developing a career in food and beverage or hospitality
• Positive and proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
