As the "Entry Programs" team, we are responsible for Lufthansa Techniks young talent programs. The development and promotion of talent is important to us - thats why we look forward to welcoming you as an intern for 6 months from July 2025.
You can get involved here:
- You will support us in designing the dual study and trainee program as well as our talent development program "TalentHub"
- You support and accompany us in the onboarding of young talents
- You work with us to develop concepts and events for the various products and implement them together with us
- You independently carry out benchspan analyses and research activities
- You support us in administrative activities such as the creation of guidelines, creation of certificates, maintenance of Microsoft Teams channels and overviews
- You keep an eye on deadlines and are in direct contact with the target group
- You support us in the placement process after completion of the respective programAnd much more!

Requirements
To complete an internship at our company, you should be in your final semester of a Bachelors/Masters degree program at the time of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or in your Gap Year.
- Your study background is in the fields of economics, (business) psychology, human resources, social sciences or similar
- You have preferably already gained some practical experience through internships/part-time work
- You are confident with the common MS Office products, especially Excel
- You have a very good command of English and German
