Job Title: In Process Quality TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Technician to ensure high-quality production. This role requires a technical skill set combined with solid soft skills and a keen interest in aerospace-related hardware. The position is on-site at a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities- Perform inspections according to mechanical drawings.
- Document material flow through MRB (non-conformance) and in-process inspections.
- Maintain dashboard presentations.
- Identify and document defects, communicating issues with the production and quality teams.
- Create and maintain rework instructions.
- Study, understand, and teach product quality standards to production line assembly operators.
- Provide mechanical measurement support to identify potential supplier, design, or manufacturing issues.
Essential Skills- Experience in quality assurance and control.
- Proficient with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Experience with circuit boards, drones, PBCA, and material inspection.
- Knowledge of MRB, IQC, and Minitab.
- Strong computer experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience using quality measurement tools (gauges, calipers, scales, OMM, etc.).
- Experience with cosmetic inspection.
- Strong communication skills (inside and outside of the direct team).
- Experience with consumer electronic manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and Google Slides.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Quality champion mindset.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
