We are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Technician to ensure high-quality production. This role requires a technical skill set combined with solid soft skills and a keen interest in aerospace-related hardware. The position is on-site at a manufacturing facility.

• Perform inspections according to mechanical drawings.
• Document material flow through MRB (non-conformance) and in-process inspections.
• Maintain dashboard presentations.
• Identify and document defects, communicating issues with the production and quality teams.
• Create and maintain rework instructions.
• Study, understand, and teach product quality standards to production line assembly operators.
• Provide mechanical measurement support to identify potential supplier, design, or manufacturing issues.

• Experience in quality assurance and control.
• Proficient with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Experience with circuit boards, drones, PBCA, and material inspection.
• Knowledge of MRB, IQC, and Minitab.
• Strong computer experience.

• Experience using quality measurement tools (gauges, calipers, scales, OMM, etc.).
• Experience with cosmetic inspection.
• Strong communication skills (inside and outside of the direct team).
• Experience with consumer electronic manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and Google Slides.
• Incredible attention to detail.
