ABOUT THE JOB
- Crisis Management & Guest Welfare: Work with Medical and Security Teams as the primary contact during emergencies, assisting guests and potentially accompanying them to shore hospitals when needed.
- Event Planning & Hosting: Coordinate and host various onboard events including vow renewals, tours, seasonal celebrations, and solo traveller gatherings, collaborating with Senior Officers to create memorable experiences.
- Guest Accessibility & Support: Provide expert guidance on ship navigation and port accessibility, ensuring all guests feel supported regardless of their needs or circumstances.
- Onboard Celebration Packages: Manage pre-booked celebration packages, drive revenue through thoughtful service and upselling, while being accountable for sales performance.
- Embarkation, Disembarkation & Safety: Support guest movements during port operations while upholding safety procedures, participating in mandatory crew safety drills and training.

- Service Excellence: Proven experience in customer service, cruise operations, or overseas representation.
