Boeing Canada Winnipeg is seeking Facility Analyst, reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, working out of the Winnipeg, Manitoba office.
Facility Analyst will join an equipment maintenance team to plan and schedule ongoing mechanical activities and order critical equipment parts.
Position Responsibilities:
Scheduling of maintenance personnel for daily tasks
Create and deploy schedules based on system, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities.
Generate plans, acquire materials, and schedule services for maintenance activities.
Interacts with suppliers and buyers.
Facilitate team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization’s needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of contractual processes.
Lead efforts to review, create, improve, and document system processes and procedures which may include integration with multiple disciplines or organizations.
Use project management tools and industry-recognized concepts to develop scope of work, budget, and schedules to achieve desired outcomes on time.
Define methodology for data collection from various systems to perform analysis. Analyze trend data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Using ingenuity and innovation, identifies and creates solutions to complex problems.
Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities hardware, software, systems, or processes.
Develop innovative solutions based on experience and technical ability.
Ensure that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents.
Perform problem resolution in support of business operations by investigating, developing and preparing alternatives, impact statements, and recommendations.
Take into consideration objectives and strategies that meet business and infrastructure requirements.
Conduct studies and makes recommendations for long-range plans and for current operations to support all levels of management.
Support development of budget and long-range business plans.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Winnipeg, MB.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working with Mainsaver or other Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles and implementation strategies
Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements affecting facilities (environmental, safety, fire, security)
Experience working within MS Office based applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project)
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Experience with equipment management
Technical troubleshooting ability for facilities systems (mechanical, electrical, building systems, and related software)
Experience with asset performance metrics (Maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, uptime, backlog, percent planned work, schedule compliance)
Experience with planners/schedulers and resource leveling
Post-Secondary Education

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
