📍Location: Midland, Texas
We seek a dependable and motivated Driver and Warehouse Associate to support our operations across four local sites. This dual-role position involves making multiple daily deliveries and contributing to warehouse and production tasks when not on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Duties:
- Make 3–4 daily delivery runs between our 4 local sites.
- Ensure timely, safe, and accurate transportation of parts.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly.
Warehouse & Production Duties:
- Work collaboratively as part of a production team to assemble parts.
- Sort and organize materials on tables, racks, or bins.
- Clean assembled parts and package them in protective bags or boxes.
- Pack, seal, and move boxes for shipping or storage.
- Pick up, move, and sort small parts as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to (insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
