Account Executive

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting an Account Executive to join our team in Calgary, AB at our Calgary 8 facility - De Havilland Parts & Aerostructures. The Account Executive is responsible for specific sales accounts in the Calgary manufacturing division, and reports directly to the Vice President and General Manager of Manufacturing. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales proposalsEstablish and maintain customer and assigned buyer relationshipsReceiving requests for quotesResponsible for organizing the workflow for the Estimator; this includes organizing data packages, liaising with Estimator to ensure completion Maintain open lines of communication with customers and follow up when required; provide regular updates on progressReview purchase orders to ensure accuracy Responsible for entering purchase orders in MRP system and ensuring smooth workflowIdentify new business opportunitiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in a customer support, sales or inside sales role of similar backgroundMinimum High School DiplomaAbility to interpret technical documentation and drawings is considered an asset
