The Role:

As a Senior Technology Manager - MarTech at easyJet, you will be instrumental in leading the development and management of our marketing technology stack. This role involves strategic planning, technology management, data insights, vendor and budget management, and team leadership. You will ensure that our MarTech solutions are not only aligned with our business and marketing strategies but also optimised for performance and scalability.

What You Need to Do the Role:

•    Experience: Proven track record in managing a MarTech stack with familiarity in platforms like Braze and mParticle. Experience in digital marketing practices such as SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
•    Skills: Strong capabilities in data management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). Proficiency in project management and agile methodologies.
•    Knowledge: In-depth understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA. Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
•    Attributes: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead and influence within a matrix organisation and manage external vendors and budgets effectively.
