We’re looking for a passionate and forward-thinking SEO Manager to join our Swedish team, helping us stay ahead of the curve in both traditional search engines and emerging conversational platforms.

ABOUT THE JOB

As our SEO Manager for Sweden, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing the local SEO strategy with a focus on driving organic growth and visibility. You will:

• Perform search demand analysis and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and ensure alignment with customer intent.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using dashboards and SEO-tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Independently and/or in collaboration with the team, troubleshoot, identify, and communicate SEO improvement opportunities.
• Stay on top of SEO trends, including AI-driven search and conversational platforms and share learnings across the Nordic SEO community.
• Collaborate with content teams, training and guiding them to apply SEO best practices in content creation and publishing.
• Contribute local insights to group-wide SEO strategies and support implementation with the aim to drive qualified traffic and business growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams, taking initiative to reach out and provide guidance or training when needed.
• Need deep technical expertise and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of technical SEO performance by proactively monitoring key metrics and drive improvements.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with creative problem-solving and strong collaboration skills. Ideally, you bring:

• Proven experience in working with SEO and hands-on technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of analytics and reporting, able to translate data into strategy.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. content, developers, spaneting).
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A proactive, curious mindset, you’re adaptable to changes in the search landscape and eager to explore new opportunities (like GEO/AEO).
• Ability to manage priorities, balance detail with big-picture goals.
• Independent and solution-oriented, while also thriving in a team environment.
• Comfortable taking the lead on SEO projects and open to close collaboration with colleagues.
