As a Production Planning Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of production operations. You’ll lead a team of production coordinators, manage scheduling, and serve as a key liaison between departments to ensure customer specifications are met with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Develop and maintain daily and long-term production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Monitor and audit scheduling systems for workflow efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Run daily production reports and manifests for multiple departments.
• Use diagrams and internal systems (e.g., CBASE) to verify customer specifications and ensure accurate cart packing.
• Actively collaborate with Operations, Receiving, Transportation, Finance, and Customer Service to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Communicate operational updates clearly and promptly across teams.
• Supervise and train production coordinators; and provide coaching.
• Lead manpower meetings, delegate tasks, and ensure proper staffing and organization.
• Provide shift coverage when needed, including outside standard hours
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues (e.g., printer connectivity, Microsoft Word, internal systems).
• Ensure compliance with Global, Corporate, and Regional Project Guidelines.

• 4+ years of experience in production planning, operations, or IT support (aviation or food service industry preferred).
• Strong technical skills: familiarity with Oracle Forms & Reports, Java JSP, shell scripting, Microsoft Office Suite, and database platforms.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with loud noise and frequent interaction.
• Experience leading teams and managing schedules in a manufacturing or logistics setting.
