Description:Ethics Director for Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) reports directly to the Vice President, Ethics and Business Conduct and to the RMS President to implement the corporate-wide Lockheed Martin Ethics and Business Conduct program at RMS.
The mission of the Lockheed Martin Ethics and Business Conduct organization is to preserve Lockheed Martin values, protect our reputation, and mitigate compliance risk through engagement and providing confidential, independent resources for employees and stakeholders. The RMS Ethics Director provides leadership and oversight for RMS Ethics Officers, staff, and Adjunct Ethics Representatives; serves as a member of the RMS Executive Leadership Team, to build and promote an ethical and compliant culture within RMS.
Responsibilities include:
• Advise and guide RMS senior executives to model ethical leadership and implement the LM Ethics and Business Conduct program.
• Oversee the quality of RMS ethics investigations and guidance regarding compliance with LM policies, laws and regulations. Partner with peer functions (Legal, HR, CIRT, Security, EEO) to investigate allegations of employee misconduct. Promptly bring significant cases to the attention of VP, Ethics and Business Conduct.
• Regularly analyze RMS database of ethics cases and guidance, providing timely feedback to RMS Ethics Officers on quality and procedural issues. Perform trend and risk analysis by mining the RMS ethics data, survey data, and external sources of information. Develop and monitor key metrics and program engagement activities to present to RMS senior executives through regular Ethics Steering Committee meetings.
• Provide reports to VP, Ethics and Business Conduct regarding metrics, trends, and identified risk areas.
• Ensure 100 completion of required Business Conduct Compliance Training, annual Ethics Awareness Training, and Code of Conduct certification.
• Partner with the Ethics Director, Enterprise Operations/International, to coordination the handling of all non-US employee contacts to the Ethics Office.
• Support all corporate ethics initiatives including Ethics Program Assessments, Ethics in Engineering Case Competition, Ethics Officer Training, Ethics Awareness Training, and Integrity Minutes with a OneLM mindset.
• Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Execute within RMS ethics office budget.
Not a virtual position. Must be located near a major RMS site: (Manassas VA, Moorestown NJ, Orlando FL, Owego NY, Syracuse NY, Stratford CT, or Bethesda, MD)

Basic Qualifications:
Experience establishing and executing enterprise level objectives.
Experience leading cross functional/cross business area teams.
• Experience in conducting internal investigations, including accurate documentation.
• Experience leading and managing a hybrid work group at multiple sites, including international.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience engaging executive leadership through formal presentations and informal advice/counsel.
• Experience analyzing and integrating data and information from multiple sources, drawing actionable conclusions and summarizing for executive leadership
• Experience managing a budget.

Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $180,000 - $287,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
