The Director, Change Practice is a senior leader within the Strategy Office, responsible for building and advancing enterprise-wide change capabilities that enable successful transformation. This role ensures the organization is prepared, equipped, and supported to navigate complex change while strengthening long-term change maturity across all levels.
Through strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration, the Director leads an integrated approach across the Change Practice, Change Blueprint, and Change Readiness portfolios—enhancing organizational adaptability and enabling people-centered transformation outcomes.Job Description

In this role you will:
- Lead the enterprise change strategy, framework, and governance.
- Maintain an integrated view of change to guide decisions and manage interdependencies.
- Oversee the Change Practice, Change Blueprint, and Change Readiness portfolios.
- Build enterprise change maturity through capability development and systems thinking.
- Partner with leaders and teams to support effective planning and adoption of change.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to executives and the Board.
- Lead enterprise change metrics, readiness indicators, and performance reporting.
- Deliver actionable insights that inform prioritization, pacing, and risk mitigation.
- Lead a highperforming team across specialized change portfolios.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and changeready culture.
What you bring:
- 10&43; years of progressive leadership experience in change management and transformation within complex, regulated environments
- 7&43; years leading diverse teams of change professionals
- Experience designing and implementing integrated change frameworks across multiple business functions
- Strong ability to build strategic partnerships across complex organizational structures
- Expertise communicating complex change strategies to senior leadership, including CSuite and Board
- Understanding of air traffic services, the Canadian ANS, and regulated aviation environments
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies, systems thinking, and transformation leadership
- Strong capability in readiness assessment, organizational design, and capability building
- Proficiency in impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise governance
- Understanding of strategic planning integration, benefits realization, and performance measurement

Working Conditions:
