We are currently seeking a QA Inspector to join our Aerospace team in our Joo Koon, Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Incoming Quality / Cell Quality / Final Inspection
- Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102 requirement.
- Proficient in CMM programing and measurements
- Read and Interpret mechanical drawings/blueprint and specifications.
- Assist Quality Engineer in Rejects Containment, Rejection Analysis and Quality Improvement Plan.
- Raise non-conformance notifications (QN).
MUST HAVE:
- Candidate must have a minimum of NITEC certificate or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in machining industry.
- Familiarity in CMM use and its application will be an added advantage
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprint and specifications
- Proficient in understanding Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Well-versed in using various measuring equipment such as air spindle, micrometer, height gauge.

- Preferably personnel with precision machining or aerospace background
- Preferably personnel with Net-Inspect and Discus ballooning software experience
