Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician
Job DescriptionThe CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for the layout, repair, modification, and preventative maintenance of a wide variety of manufacturing machinery. This role involves dismantling, assembling, and maintaining intricate specialized equipment, requiring skilled fitting and alignment. The technician works to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with machinery in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagnosis and repairs on all manufacturing and facility equipment, including CNC machining centers.
- Maintain all preventative maintenance and machine repair records.
- Conduct electrical diagnosis and repairs of manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Research and source parts as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Assist with special installations and projects.
- Understand and interpret drawings and schematics.
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to safety programs.
- Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
- Drive to vendor locations to pick up maintenance tools, equipment, or parts as needed.
Essential Skills- 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical repair of CNC machining centers.
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting, repair, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and service tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Basic computer skills to navigate within a Windows environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety.
- Physical ability to pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds, and to climb, stand, sit, or kneel for long periods.
- Knowledge of lean tools is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening and medical exams as required.

Work Environment
The work is conducted in an indoor air-conditioned machine shop, ensuring comfort while working with equipment such as Haas, Doosan, Hwacheon, Viper, and Robodrill machines. The hours are Monday to Thursday from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm and Friday from 5:30 am to 9:30 am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
