The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking an Experienced or Senior Systems Engineering Support Analyst to join the AWACS Post Delivery Program to support various efforts relating to the configuration management of the 707 AWACS aircraft. Support includes but is not limited to familiarity with 707 AWACS Depot Maintenance related activities; 707 AWACS and/or military derivative aircraft maintenance related processes and practices; evaluation of Boeing commercial service literature, evaluation of various types of aviation industry related source data such as Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airworthiness Directives (AD), Boeing Commercial Service Bulletins and Service Letters and various vendor service directives for applicability to the 707 AWACS derivative aircraft.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and understand detailed engineering drawings as well as various civilian and military technical data including but not limited to Technical Orders (TO’s), Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO’s).
- A general knowledge of military and civilian aircraft maintenance practices, processes and procedures.
- Ability to gather, interpret and analyze technical engineering and aircraft maintenance related data to identify maintenance trends in support of various post depot maintenance support activities.
This position is 100 onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years of related work experience
- General understanding of aircraft baseline configuration management practices
- Familiarity with USAF technical maintenance related directives such as Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) as they relate to aircraft configuration management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance processes and procedures
- Previous working experience within an aircraft maintenance facility environment
- Ability to clearly communicate with other engineers and customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision

Summary pay range for Experienced: $85,000 – 115,000
Summary pay range for Senior: $106,250 – 143,750
