Responsibilities:
Analyze shuttle/bus performance data, including ridership, on-time performance, and utilization, to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement route and schedule optimization strategies to reduce wait times, increase efficiency, and improve service quality.
Design service improvement initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, incorporating data insights, feedback, and industry best practices.
Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-effective operational strategies without compromising service standards.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings, KPIs, and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, facilities, and transportation vendors, to align goals and resolve operational issues.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to guide continuous service improvement and boost user satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of transportation policies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience managing or analyzing shuttle/bus programs in a corporate or campus environment.
3+ years of experience in transportation analysis, logistics, or operations, with emphasis on optimization and service improvement.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards (preferred).
On-site work or occasional local travel may be required depending on service area coverage.
