PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Lenexa, KS. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the company—resolving inquiries, supporting customers, and ensuring satisfaction every step of the way.
What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Specialist, you will:
Communicate with customers via phone and electronic channels to provide information, resolve issues, and address complaints.
Use product and organizational knowledge to handle complex inquiries and follow up with solutions.
Document customer interactions and develop resources to address recurring issues.
Research and recommend information sources to meet customer needs.
Coordinate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, and other departments to expedite shipments and resolve concerns.
Support the sales team with customer inquiries and identify inside sales opportunities.
Provide after-sales support and serve as a liaison on product status and delivery.
Analyze customer service trends and provide feedback to improve service quality.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED.
1–2 years of prior customer service experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with common computer applications.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
