The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking a Mid-Level Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our team to support the BCA Engineering HR team in Everett, WA. This position provides direct HRG support onsite and will partner with senior leaders, directors and engineers in Commercial Airplane programs.
This position requires knowledge and experience as a Human Resources Generalist and demonstrate the ability to create and deploy integrated HR initiatives. Our teammate will also share business and functional priorities to support the HR Communities of Excellence (CoE) strategy and Enterprise Functional Engineering.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of the BCA Airplane Program Leadership Team as a credible HR knowledge partner, consultant and advisor
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior executive leadership across the Business, and HR
- Assist in shaping and influence the Business and Engineering function vision, mission, priorities and long-range plans
- Supports “Best Team & Talent Review” activity for BCA Engineering including long-range business plans, affordability/productivity, high-level skill/talent discussions, development programs, resource deployment, etc., including succession planning and regional talent development
- Partner with the CoEs and local HR teams to ensure understanding and alignment of talent strategy and to ensure planning, execution and realization are achieved through solutions, programs and policies
- Collaborate with HR peers – both in the programs and functions – to enable the organization’s HR / business strategies, and ensure the efficient delivery of HR products, tools and services
- Partner with peers and business as an advisor and change agent in the rollout of HR policies, processes or programs such as performance optimization, salary review, etc.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in deploying and administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- Experience analyzing data and metrics to identify future organization needs
- Experience exerting influence and driving change in organizations through partnering with organization leaders
- Experience working in a business environment partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
- Experience as an HR Generalist with strong customer support, and excellent teamwork
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience understanding business priorities and be able to translate them into action plans that drive business results
- Must demonstrate collaboration, manage projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
- Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data for cross-functional teams
- Experience developing and driving diversity strategies with leadership teams
- Experience driving creative strategies
- HR certifications SHRM, CHRM, etc. any designation in HR
- Experience and passion around embodying the One Boeing Approach to decision making for business partners
- Experience collaborating with (Senior) Business Leaders

Summary Pay Range: $87,550 - $128,750
