As Analyst, Customer Insights, you will lead a team dedicated to gathering, analyzing, and transforming customer, spanet and financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic new product decisions across Bombardier. Your work will empower the organization to anticipate customer needs, enhance experiences, and identify growth opportunities in both existing and emerging spanets.
You will provide world-class analysis and recommendations to influence critical business decisions as well as customer purchase decisions, with a focus on understanding customer behavior, spanet dynamics, and competitive positioning.

Customer Insights sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, spaneting, lead generation, and data analytics, making this role pivotal in shaping Bombardier’s customer-centric approach.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer insights strategy aligned with Bombardier’s business objectives
- Gather and analyze customer data from multiple sources (deliveries, in service utilization, surveys, CRM, transactional data, etc.)
- Identify emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities to improve customer experience and loyalty
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Design and oversee customer feedback programs (focus groups, surveys, trade shows)
- Build predictive models and dashboards to monitor customer behavior and spanet shifts
- Present conclusions and recommendations in a convincing manner to influence strategic decisions
How to thrive in this role?
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an asset
- 3 to 7 years of experience in customer insights, spanet research, or data analytics, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in data analysis tools and statistical methods
- Working knowledge of Bombardier and competitor products
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and actionable strategies
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- Ability to influence decisions across multiple stakeholders without formal authority
- Passion for aviation and understanding of business aircraft customers is a strong asset
