Our facility in Cape Canaveral, FL has an immediate opportunity for a level 2 Program Planner to join our mission on the FBM Program.
As our Integrated Program Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Transformation teams in developing and maintaining comprehensive, EVM compliant project schedules and supporting the Secure Infrastructure and Capabilities Directorate in the continued effort to maintain and evolve the FBM program.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


• Be responsible for meeting Earned Value Management requirements for some supplemental schedules

• Communicate IMS performance and health metrics, report on major milestones, and integrate with planners across the Program to build and understand interdependencies amongst schedules

• Be expected to be fluent in building and operating EVM compliant schedules in the planning application


Our level 2 employees typically have 3-6 years of experience.


Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.






Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Cape Canaveral facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:
- Planning Experience, use of scheduling tool(s)

- Experienced in discrete planning

- Knowledgeable in Project Management basics

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret government security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Open Plan and Microsoft Project scheduling tools

- Experience in Milestones Pro application

- One Pager Pro application experience

- Experience working with a Government Entity

- Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality

- Proficient communication skills

- Strong organizational skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
