Position Summary
STS Technical Services is hiring a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our team onsite at STS Aviation Services in Manchester. This role is ideal for experienced delivery-focused recruiters or 360 consultants looking to shift into a dedicated account management and candidate sourcing role within the technical staffing industry. You’ll focus exclusively on providing outstanding recruitment support to a key aviation client while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt top-tier technical candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Proactively address hard-to-fill vacancies with strategic, solution-driven sourcing approaches
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and feedback coordination
- Provide regular updates to clients on candidate progress, sourcing challenges, and market trends
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance throughout all stages of the recruitment process
Skills and Experience
- Previous recruitment experience in a delivery or 360 consultant role, ideally within technical, engineering, or aviation sectors
- Strong headhunting and sourcing skills across multiple platforms
- A persistent and proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on service quality
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to adapt to client schedules and collaborate across UK time zones
