Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Level 2) to support the B-52 Team in Oklahoma City, OK.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
- Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
- Assists more experienced personnel data collection and analysis.
- Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates tasks to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
- Identifies and provides reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team.
- Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher or equivalent work experience
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, positive attitude
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working with cross-functional organizations
- Experience using a scheduling tool such as Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
- Experience collecting and reporting schedule performance to a project / program schedule baseline
- Experience with one or more of the following financial systems: Cognos, IRE, EAS, MRP, CSPR, EPAS

Summary pay range for $63,750 - $86,250
