Financial Controller Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven and confident Financial Controller to manage and improve our organizations financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for the Financial Controller will include managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

The Controller will be responsible for the overall financial management, SOX compliance & control and for protection of the assets for the group. This individual will maximize return on financial assets, achieving annual growth in revenue and EBIT targets through internal growth and additional spanet penetration opportunities.
The range of pay for this role is $115000 to $145000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Executive Bonus Plan, paid out at 35 based on the Companys performance in the previous year. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the companys medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
